  • Unopened Products: Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused CBD products in their original packaging. Customers must return the product within 10 days of purchase.
  • Used Products: Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used CBD products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If a CBD product is defective or damaged upon arrival or at the time of purchase, it may be returned for a refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase. Proof of purchase and documentation of damage may be required.

2. Proof of Purchase

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Without proof of purchase, a return may not be accepted, or the return value may be adjusted based on the product's current retail value.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for eligible returns.

4. Health and Safety Compliance

  • Due to health and safety regulations, all opened CBD products, even if unopened or unused at the time of purchase, are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes all consumable CBD items such as tinctures, edibles, and topical products.
  • CBD products must be handled and stored appropriately, as per the packaging guidelines. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been mishandled, stored improperly, or has expired.

5. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact the store where the purchase was made to receive authorization for the return.
  • All returns should be made in person at the store. Shipping costs for returned products are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Non-returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
    • Opened or used CBD products.
    • Clearance, sale, or promotional items.
    • Gift cards.

7. Return Shipping for Online Purchases

  • For returns made through online purchases, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error in fulfillment (e.g., incorrect product shipped).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items to ensure they are received safely.

8. Legal Disclaimer

  • The customer acknowledges that CBD products are regulated under local and state laws. In some jurisdictions, CBD may be restricted, and the company will comply with applicable legal requirements concerning the sale and return of CBD products.
